I founded Scale Your Supply Chain to close the gap between strategy and execution—because real impact happens when big ideas are backed by action.  With over 24 years of global supply chain experience, I’ve helped scale startups like Fitbit and Snap, and tackled complex challenges at companies like Intel, Estée Lauder, Apple, and Amazon. 

Having lived and worked across three continents, I bring a global mindset, with fast-moving energy – what drives me is seeing big ideas come to life. 

My work values are simple and deeply rooted: lead with humility, focus on solutions, and deliver real, measurable results. I take a hands-on approach—solving real problems while bringing others along. It’s never about presentations or buzzwords; it’s about driving meaningful change through action and collaboration. Some of my proudest moments have come in fast-moving, high-stakes environments where aligned teams, clear goals, and resilient execution made the impossible happen.

When I’m not rolling up my sleeves at work, you’ll probably find me chasing half marathons in new cities  — and savoring the rich, vibrant heritage and flavors of Singapore’s hawker stands. Running keeps me grounded, street food keeps me happy — and both keep my curiosity and energy fired up, in life and in business.
